Since Kevin joined GO-JEK in 2014, Kevin has been holding significant roles in strategically adopting business intelligence data to track and optimize pricing, driver’s income, and customer retention strategy. His role is strengthened by his expertise of building data science within the GO-JEK ecosystem. Preceding his role in GO-JEK, Kevin spent two years at Zalora Indonesia as Head of Business Intelligence. Prior to Zalora, he was responsible as Business Development Manager at Merah Putih Inc. Earlier in his career he served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Salem Partners LLC.

His motivation of continuously creating innovations led him to be awarded “Forbes 30 under 30 Asia” for Consumer Technology category in year 2016, which features young innovators that are propelling change and disrupting industries. Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurship, and International Relations degree from University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.

Fajrin Rasyid

Fajrin Rasyid is the Co-Founder and President at Bukalapak, a leading Indonesian online marketplace. With over 3 million merchants and over 60 million products, Bukalapak is currently one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia.

As President, he is responsible for company's strategic initiative, long term plan and external partnership & relationship.

Fajrin previously worked as consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with experience ranging across major industries including retail, FMCG, IT, financial services, automotive, and public services.

He earned his degree in Information Technology (Summa Cum Laude) from one of Indonesian prestigious universities, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).

Willson Cuaca

Willson Cuaca is the founding and managing partner of East Ventures, an early stage investment fund with a focus on consumer Internet, mobile and SaaS. East Ventures started investing in Indonesia in 2010 when no one believed in Indonesia's consumer Internet potential.

Ankiti Bose

Co-Founder & CEO, Zilingo

Ankiti Bose, 27, is the Co-Founder & CEO of Zilingo, one of Asia’s fastest growing e-commerce companies. The company has over 5 million active users, over 20,000 brands and merchants across Asia. She also runs Zilingo AsiaMall, one of the largest B2B platforms in South-East Asia that connects businesses across the world directly to manufacturing hubs. As of April 2018, she has raised over USD 82 Million over the span of just 2.5 years to scale the company.

She was named ‘Forbes Asia 30 under 30’ in 2018. Passionate about the role of consumer internet in rapidly evolving societies, Ankiti has played an active role in ensuring that diverse voices get heard in the world of technology. A loud advocate for women and LGBTQ rights, she has proudly built a team with 50% women in the leadership and runs a 40% female Board.

Prior to Zilingo, Ankiti worked at venture capital firm Sequoia Capital and management consulting firm McKinsey.

Nicko Widjaja

CEO & Investment Director, MDI Ventures

Nicko Widjaja is currently serving as the CEO and Investment Director of MDI Ventures, a corporate venture capital arm of Telkom Indonesia. MDI Ventures invested in growth stage companies across 10 countries including: Geniee, NComputing, LotusFlare, aCommerce, RedDot Payment, mClinica, Codapay, Ematic.

He is one of Indonesia’s tech investment pioneers and ecosystem builders. He set up his first venture fund, Systec Group Ventures, in 2010. Then he briefly joined Fenox VC as Venture Partner in 2014 just before joining Telkom Indonesia as Program Director for Indigo Accelerator and later MDI Ventures.

Prior to venture capital and startup industry, he co-founded several consulting firms (Mindcode, ThinkingRoom, IncyteLab) servicing clients in Southeast Asia from innovation to consumer insights. His vast experience was complemented by his role at Indofood, the largest food company in Indonesia, where he took on corporate development and organizational change.

Nicko is also involved in the design of the entrepreneurship curriculum for UPH Business School where he also teaches other subjects such as strategic management, marketing, change management and corporate strategy.

Throughout his career, he had invested in more than 80 startups.

Adrian Li

Clarissa Loh

Senior Director, UOB Venture Management (UOBVM)

Clarissa’s professional career combines both investment and operational finance experience. She has 15 years of experience in private equity and venture capital investments ranging from deal sourcing, due diligence to deal execution. She plays a key role in driving UOBVM’s impact investments in Southeast Asia and is also involved in technology investments in the region. Prior to joining UOBVM, she worked for General Electric Company (GE) as part of its Financial Management Program. Whilst at GE, she worked with various GE business lines in Asia, in functional roles of project finance, business development, financial planning and analysis, with management award recognition.

Operational since 1992, UOBVM is the private equity/venture capital fund management arm of United Overseas Bank Limited, an Asian focused bank headquartered in Singapore. From its offices in Singapore, Jakarta and Shanghai, UOBVM manages investment funds with a strong focus on responsible investing, integrating environmental, social and governance considerations into its investment process.

Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Paul Aiello

Retno Dewati

Retno Dewati serves as SEA Regional Manager at Fenox Venture Capital, responsible for leading deal sourcing and investment activities as well as business development for Fenox SEA office. D. Cyril Noerhadi

D. Cyril Noerhadi is senior managing director at South and Southeast Asia-focused mid-market GP Creador.

Prior to joining Creador in 2011, Cyril was group CFO of PT Medco Energi International, a leading oil & gas operator. Between 1999-2005, Cyril was corporate finance partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Jakarta office.

Prior to this, he was CEO/ president director of the Jakarta Stock Exchange where he transformed the newly privatized exchange in line with new regulations that took effect in 1996.

Albert Shyy

Principal, Burda Principal Investments

Albert joined Burda in 2017 and heads Burda Principal Investments' Singapore office. Previously he was at GREE Ventures from 2014 to 2017, where he led the fund's investment team in Southeast Asia and India as Principal while working closely with many of its portfolio companies including Kudo, Berrybenka, and Bukalapak.

Prior to this, he served as a Director at Lazada Group, Southeast Asia’s largest ecommerce retailer, helping build the company’s Marketplace business across the region. Andya Daniswara

Andya Daniswara is the SVP Business Development at Emtek, Indonesia's most prominent media and digital business group. Through its media and internet businesses, Emtek delivers diversified content and online services to various audience segments, reaching over 70% of Indonesian population and internet users. Notable portfolio companies under Emtek include: SCTV, Indosiar, Sinemart, Bukalapak, KLY, Vidio and DANA.

As the lead for business development in the Group, Andya oversees M&A transactions, investments, partnerships and organic developments.

Ati Sugiharti

Ati has been instrumental in leading TAEL's investments in Indonesia, leveraging on her transactions experience and business relationships built over close to 30 years. JP Ellis

Eddi Danusaputro

Deepak Shahdadpuri

Deepak I. Shahdadpuri is the Founder and Managing Director of DSG Consumer Partners and has over 15 years of private equity experience. Alexander Rusli

Founder, DigiAsia BIOS

Alex is the founder of DigiAsia BIOS, whose mission is to bring the entire gamut of financial services, payments, remittance, lending and investments, to the masses in South East Asia, irrespective of their socioeconomic status.

Previously, he was the CEO of Indosat Ooredoo, the second largest Telco Operator in Indonesia with about 100mn customers, and listed on IDX. In the market, he is known as a hands-on, turnaround executive with a strong technology background. During his five-year stint, he led the transformation of the company using Digital Transformation and innovation as the driving themes.

Prior to his position as CEO of Indosat Ooredoo, Alex was an independent Board Member at Indosat Ooredoo, with a full-time role as a Partner at Northstar Pacific, the largest Indonesian Private Equity fund in Indonesia after completing a nine-year stint with the Government of Indonesia as Special Advisor for Minister of Communication and Information Technology in 2001-2007 and Minister of State Owned Enterprises in 2007- 2009 during which time he also sat as Board Members on a number of state-owned companies: PT Krakatau Steel tbk, PT Geodipa Energi, PT Kertas Kraft Aceh.

He was recently appointed as a Board Member of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk to contribute in the transformation of FMCG distribution impacted by the next digital wave. He is also a Board Member of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara, Tbk (Protelindo) to support the reform of the structure of telco infrastructure industry.

He is also the Chairman of iFlix Indonesia, and advisor to LotusFlare (an AI consumer platform out of the Silicon Valley serving Telcos and Financial Services globally).

Alex has PhD degree in Information Technology from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and after returning to Indonesia post studies, he started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant focusing on large IT Implementation projects.

Akshay Garg

Steven R. Okun

The Founder and CEO of APAC Advisors, Steven Okun is a leader on corporate public affairs, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement in Asia Pacific.

APAC Advisors is a government relations, policy, and sustainability consultancy which empowers clients, ranging from global corporations to social enterprises and NGOs, to operate at the intersection of business, government, and media. Steven led UPS Asia’s public affairs practice from 2003 until 2010.

Steven served in the Administration of President Bill Clinton as Deputy General Counsel at the US Department of Transportation. For his public service, he was awarded the Secretary’s Award for Special Service Commendation.

He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Roderick is Managing Director for SMDV, a digital platform for technology, and affiliated with the Sinarmas Group. Roderick started SMDV for the group in 2014, which now manages a global venture investment portfolio with direct stakes in companies and funds. Roderick has extensive experience in management, operations, investment and portfolio management and across multiple industries in Silicon Valley and Southeast Asia.

In 2012, Roderick co-founded Bobobobo, a lifestyle e-commerce venture. Before that, Roderick was at Quvat / Principia Management Group, a private equity fund focusing on Indonesia. While at Quvat / Principia Management Group, Roderick was actively managing Cardig Aero Services, overseeing M&A and helped take Cardig Aero Services public in late 2011. Prior to returning to Indonesia, Roderick was at Hercules Capital (ticker NYSE:HTGC) in Palo Alto.

Agung Nugroho

Nugroho is the CEO & Co-Founder of PT. Kudo Teknologi Indonesia. He has 5 years experience of working at the Boston Consulting Group based in South East Asia.

While working with BCG, Agung collaborated with clients from around the world in numerous industries including product,banking, telecommunication and infrastructure. He is widely involved in strategy development, product launch and transformation of both national and multinational companies. Moreover, he has worked with the Indonesian government, and led the master plan project in developing Indonesia’s infrastructure. He also has strong ties with the entrepreneur community in Indonesia through his role in fund investment programmes.

Agung earned his cumlaude bachelors degree in chemical engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He earned his MBA degree from Haas School of Business, Berkeley.

YC Ng

YC Ng serves as a founding partner of Latitude Venture Partners - a growth stage venture fund in South East Asia.

After trading his Barclays career to start Scarlett of Soho (acquired by MyOptique/Essilor) in the UK, YC made the leap to advise and help other start-ups. In his time as a partner at Potential VC, he is known to be an acknowledged thought leader in UK early-stage venture. He has invested in 15 companies and serves on the mentor board of Techstars, Ignite and Entrepreneur First. Never shying away from exploring new frontiers, YC moved to Indonesia in 2017 to advise SEA startups and head up one of Indonesia’s largest conglomerates’ financial technology company. YC holds a MA and BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Irwan Liem

Irwan Liem has been with Gunung Sewa for more than 6 years, most recently as Head of Investments where he closely works with the group's Chairman, evaluating prospective deals.

With a background in engineering and finance, he holds degrees from the University of Southern California, Seattle University and the University of Washington.
