Ankiti Bose, 27, is the Co-Founder & CEO of Zilingo, one of Asia’s fastest growing e-commerce companies. The company has over 5 million active users, over 20,000 brands and merchants across Asia. She also runs Zilingo AsiaMall, one of the largest B2B platforms in South-East Asia that connects businesses across the world directly to manufacturing hubs. Nicko Widjaja is currently serving as the CEO and Investment Director of MDI Ventures, a corporate venture capital arm of Telkom Indonesia. MDI Ventures invested in growth stage companies across 10 countries including: Geniee, NComputing, LotusFlare, aCommerce, RedDot Payment, mClinica, Codapay, Ematic.
He is one of Indonesia’s tech investment pioneers and ecosystem builders. He set up his first venture fund, Systec Group Ventures, in 2010. Then he briefly joined Fenox VC as Venture Partner in 2014 just before joining Telkom Indonesia as Program Director for Indigo Accelerator and later MDI Ventures.
Prior to venture capital and startup industry, he co-founded several consulting firms (Mindcode, ThinkingRoom, IncyteLab) servicing clients in Southeast Asia from innovation to consumer insights. His vast experience was complemented by his role at Indofood, the largest food company in Indonesia, where he took on corporate development and organizational change.

Senior Director, UOB Venture Management (UOBVM)
Clarissa’s professional career combines both investment and operational finance experience. She has 15 years of experience in private equity and venture capital investments ranging from deal sourcing, due diligence to deal execution. She plays a key role in driving UOBVM’s impact investments in Southeast Asia and is also involved in technology investments in the region. Prior to joining UOBVM, she worked for General Electric Company (GE) as part of its Financial Management Program. Whilst at GE, she worked with various GE business lines in Asia, in functional roles of project finance, business development, financial planning and analysis, with management award recognition.
Operational since 1992, UOBVM is the private equity/venture capital fund management arm of United Overseas Bank Limited, an Asian focused bank headquartered in Singapore. One of the most respected executives in the media industry, Paul was formerly the co-founder and CEO of CA Media. Paul has 24 years of professional experience as a media executive and investment banker with Morgan Stanley, most of his career focused on Asia Pacific. Prior to CA Media, he served as the CEO of STAR Group Ltd., the region’s leading pay television broadcaster. Prior to STAR, Paul was the head of TMT Investment Banking and the COO of Investment Banking for Morgan Stanley Asia. Ridzki has more than 20 years of experience working for multinational companies. Prior to joining Grab Indonesia, he was the Regional Director for Air Asia Group, and prior to that held the role of COO for Air Asia Indonesia.

Retno Dewati serves as SEA Regional Manager at Fenox Venture Capital, responsible for leading deal sourcing and investment activities as well as business development for Fenox SEA office. Retno also represents Fenox VC at GnB Accelerator – a joint venture accelerator program between Fenox VC and Infocom Corporation Japan. At GnB Accelerator, Retno is responsible for selecting startups, managing the investment and become an in-house mentor. D. Cyril Noerhadi is senior managing director at South and Southeast Asia-focused mid-market GP Creador.
Prior to joining Creador in 2011, Cyril was group CFO of PT Medco Energi International, a leading oil & gas operator. Between 1999-2005, Cyril was corporate finance partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Jakarta office.
Prior to this, he was CEO/ president director of the Jakarta Stock Exchange where he transformed the newly privatized exchange in line with new regulations that took effect in 1996.

Albert joined Burda in 2017 and heads Burda Principal Investments' Singapore office. Previously he was at GREE Ventures from 2014 to 2017, where he led the fund's investment team in Southeast Asia and India as Principal while working closely with many of its portfolio companies including Kudo, Berrybenka, and Bukalapak.
Prior to this, he served as a Director at Lazada Group, Southeast Asia’s largest ecommerce retailer, helping build the company’s Marketplace business across the region. With over 17 years of insurance experience across Asia and in The Netherlands, Joos Louwerier brings a proven track record in building brands, driving value, and delivering customer-first priorities. Prior to becoming Country Manager and CEO of Allianz Life Indonesia in 2017, Joos led the successful digital transformation company as CEO of Allianz Life Korea. Prior to Allianz he held various senior positions with ING in Asia and Europe, in the areas of operations, risk management, bancassurance, and marketing. In his current role, he aimed to bring insurance inclusiveness and more accessible to Indonesians through advanced products and services. Andya Daniswara is the SVP Business Development at Emtek, Indonesia's most prominent media and digital business group. Through its media and internet businesses, Emtek delivers diversified content and online services to various audience segments, reaching over 70% of Indonesian population and internet users. Deepak I. Shahdadpuri is the Founder and Managing Director of DSG Consumer Partners and has over 15 years of private equity experience. Alex is the founder of DigiAsia BIOS, whose mission is to bring the entire gamut of financial services, payments, remittance, lending and investments, to the masses in South East Asia, irrespective of their socioeconomic status.
Previously, he was the CEO of Indosat Ooredoo, the second largest Telco Operator in Indonesia with about 100mn customers, and listed on IDX. In the market, he is known as a hands-on, turnaround executive with a strong technology background. During his five-year stint, he led the transformation of the company using Digital Transformation and innovation as the driving themes.
Prior to his position as CEO of Indosat Ooredoo, Alex was an independent Board Member at Indosat Ooredoo, with a full-time role as a Partner at Northstar Pacific, the largest Indonesian Private Equity fund in Indonesia after completing a nine-year stint with the Government of Indonesia as Special Advisor for Minister of Communication and Information Technology in 2001-2007 and Minister of State Owned Enterprises in 2007- 2009 during which time he also sat as Board Members on a number of state-owned companies: PT Krakatau Steel tbk, PT Geodipa Energi, PT Kertas Kraft Aceh.

The Founder and CEO of APAC Advisors, Steven Okun is a leader on corporate public affairs, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement in Asia Pacific.
APAC Advisors is a government relations, policy, and sustainability consultancy which empowers clients, ranging from global corporations to social enterprises and NGOs, to operate at the intersection of business, government, and media. APAC Advisors has a strategic partnership to expand and deepen the Asia Pacific regional presence of international strategic advisory firm McLarty Associates. Steven led UPS Asia’s public affairs practice from 2003 until 2010.
Steven served in the Administration of President Bill Clinton as Deputy General Counsel at the US Department of Transportation. For his public service, he was awarded the Secretary’s Award for Special Service Commendation.

While at Quvat / Principia Management Group, Roderick was actively managing Cardig Aero Services, overseeing M&A and helped take Cardig Aero Services public in late 2011. Nugroho is the CEO & Co-Founder of PT. Kudo Teknologi Indonesia. He has 5 years experience of working at the Boston Consulting Group based in South East Asia.
While working with BCG, Agung collaborated with clients from around the world in numerous industries including product,banking, telecommunication and infrastructure. He is widely involved in strategy development, product launch and transformation of both national and multinational companies. Moreover, he has worked with the Indonesian government, and led the master plan project in developing Indonesia’s infrastructure. He also has strong ties with the entrepreneur community in Indonesia through his role in fund investment programmes.
Agung earned his cumlaude bachelors degree in chemical engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He earned his MBA degree from Haas School of Business, Berkeley.
